Builds are fun - playing the story for the umpteenth time isn't.

is copy/pasting something you find on pvx considered build making
besides, how are you supposed to make a build and understand how well the build combos work on a toon you never played?
oh yeah.... it really doesnt take that long to hit lvl 20 anyway on any toon. if you aint close to 20 by the time you start doing the sunspear base missions, (which i can get to in about 4-6 hours depending on class, and i suck) then you are doing something very wrong

You can't farm HM until you hit level 20 that's why you hit up Kilroy's.

People say I dont know how to play the game then post comments like these.
And the time it takes to get to level 20 isn't really the issue, it's having to play through the missions to get to certain areas of the map that takes forever - especially in factions and Nightfall were you can't always run places.

...you're probably one of those people that want to be able to switch their characters' profession in GW2, aren't you?
Seriously, this is lazy lazy lazy. What's the point of having a PvE character that doesn't do the campaigns and can't get titles? Farm elite areas? ...oh, that's right, you want to randomly grind zones.
ANet's big schtick is NO GRIND. They've strayed away from that a bit in recent years, but do you honestly think they'd create a character type used solely for grinding (and grinding to no purpose, at that?)
If you hate Guild Wars PvE that much, go play something else. I heard they do Build Wars in PvP.

If you want to run some builds on a proffession you don't have it means only one thing OPEN A NEW CHARACTER WITH THIS CERTAIN PROFFESSION.
That's the whole point of the game, if you're too lazy to level up use your friends, guild and alliance. Their exsistance is somehow related to this (in very wide thought).

Still waiting on a reply to my comments...
You are yet to give an explanation as to why you'd want early access to certain areas. The only argument you have is that you want to test builds. Which really isn't valid at all because - for god's sake - you have 8 skills. Build compression, synergy, utility and with an affective ratio of handling only 3 attribute lines is all you need as basics, you don't need certain areas to test these "builds".
Secondly, there really is no reason to want to grind areas, even for fun, because it's not challenging at all. Most areas have no healers, horrible heal builds or mindless AI. So as others have mentioned, why do you want to grind areas when there is no reward in it? My warrior with a longbow and Power Shot will achieve the exact same "reward" as you in that area.
I don't think lazy is the correct word to call this suggestion.
Pointless, is.
